Brown Missionary Baptist Church

Situation

Brown Missionary Baptist Church is one of the many churches in the Delta region that has a constant growing congregation. With age categories ranging from the seasoned saints to those who have been introduced into the ministry, Brown Baptist wanted to establish an identity that would not only set them apart from other ministries but would also further promote their three-fold mission: evangelizing the sinners, exalting the Savior, and equipping the saints.

Key insight

So many people are looking for a ministry that actively participates in serving the community locally and abroad while reaching out to lost souls. Brown’s mission is to draw others to Christ by serving Him while also gaining the attention of other potential participants across the globe. Redmond Design had to become knowledgeable about the means of promoting church ministries through marketing, with everything from logo and branding. We had to be mindful of incorporating elements of the church in the branding strategy that would further support why the ministry has remained strong for over 100 years.

Solutions

Design and development of a new identity and brand standards. The new church crest and logo was unveiled in the newly designed Sunday church bulletin. To further endorse the ministry, Redmond developed all print collateral and environmental designs for each venue and topped it off with a new and live web support system that would allow them to continue spreading their ministry abroad. Signage and other textile good were developed to support each event as well.
